Raja (Faisal Khan) is a young college student who leads a care free life but his elder brother Shankar (Inder Kumar) is a gangster working for a criminal Don named Anna (Sayaji Shinde). Soon Shankar becomes a liability to Anna and he is betrayed and murdered by Anna's men. Raja abandons his studies, his sweetheart, and goes on a dangerous mission to find his brother's killers. But Raja becomes a pawn in Anna's game who along with his political power tries to destroy all that rise against him.
